Shipping
Lil' Bettie Beachwear makes every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.
We ship using UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, Priority and Express Mail. We are subject to UPS and USPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes and an additional charge will apply for Saturday delivery (please contact us for charges). Shipping charges are based upon UPS and USPS rates plus our handling fee.
International Orders:
All of Lil Bettie's international orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. International customers and customers with international billing addresses may be asked to fax us LEGIBLE copies of their identification and credit card after their order is placed. Copies should be faxed to: 310.533.9743 or emailed to: info@seasidebrands.com If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may also email us scanned copies of the images. Feel free to block a couple of the numbers on the credit card for security purposes. This is a security measure we need to take in order to verify billing addresses and avoid fraudulent purchases. The billing information will be shredded after the verification process.
Please Note: International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Lil' Bettie Beachwear is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs department for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order on www.lilbettiebeach.com.
Lil' Bettie Beachwear reserves the right to deny shipment to any international customer.

Returns
Returns MUST be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent...unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer;
we do not sell used merchandise.
All SALE items from previous Lil' Bettie Beachwear Collections are a 'Final Sale' and can only be exchanged for a different size, different item or a www.lilbettiebeach.com credit.
Please fill out and follow the instructions on the return and exchange form enclosed with your order. We suggest you send your return or exchange by registered or insured mail since Lil' Bettie Beachwear is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Include the return and exchange form and the original shipping invoice with the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

We gladly provide you as much fit information as possible. If you are still unsure about sizing feel free to contact us.
Should you desire a different size or color upon receipt of your purchase, please fill out and follow the instructions on the exchanges/returns form included in your order. You will not be charged the restocking fee to exchange.
